Rhiannon + Chris – Aquaturf Plantsville, CT Wedding
August 3rd, 2009Erik and I have the best job. Ever. Rhiannon and Chris reminded us of that – that we get to be around amazing couples, in love, on one of the most special days of their lives. We had so much fun with these two at their engagement session that we knew it would be another memorable day. Erik and I were in awe of the power that two people truly in love with each other can have on those around them!
Venue: Aquaturf, Plantsville, CT
Church: St Patrick – St Anthony Church, Hartford, CT
Flowers: Floral Expressions, South Windsor, CT
Video: Tim Bakland Videography
DJ: K2 Entertainment, Manchester, CT
Band: Goza
The beading in Rhiannon’s wedding gown was beautiful.

Love this one!

Rhiannon looking gorgeous in the mirror.

Being helped into her gown by her sister, Cherie.

And with her shoes as well. Love this one too.

Rhiannon’s father seeing her in her gown for the first time. Love the emotion in these!

The ladies were fun!

A portrait before the ceremony. So beautiful!!

The church.

Here she comes!

Chris’s reaction. We think he looks pretty excited ![]()

Looove this one!

We love the way Chris is holding his bride here as well. It is amazing to me how much emotion can conveyed in a fingertip.

Almost married…

Husband and wife!!

Laughter and tears from family and bridesmaids alike.

One last kiss before leaving the ceremony.

We headed over to City Hall for some fun pictures. The door was a fitting frame for such a beautiful couple ![]()

If you look closely, you can just make out the rainbow in the fountain (no rain no rainbows!).

The bridal party relaxing on the grounds of Aquaturf for some fun portraits!

Such a fun, but classic shot here as well.

We love the angle here.

Sorry fellas, she’s taken!!

Rhiannon and Chris LOVE willow trees, and so do we ; )

SO cute!

Chris being a true gentleman by making sure that Rhiannon’s dress remained spotless. How adorable are they?

We love the light in this one.

Hot!

Smoking hot!

Another of our favorites from the day. The light was just incredible!

The first dance.

The best man’s speech was all about laughter.

While Rhiannon’s sister Cherie’s speech was mixed with laughter and tears.

The bride and groom tearing up the dance floor surrounded by their friends and family.

The cake and rings.

We stole Rhiannon and Chris off the dance floor for this last romantic portrait.

Rhiannon and Chris, it was an amazing day and we were so honored to be a part of your wedding. We feel so truly blessed to have met you, and to call you friends!! We wish you many years of laughter and happiness together ; ) We love you!
xoxo,
