Isabel & Doug have one of the sweetest stories about how they met. When they were both in high school, Isabel had a huge crush on Doug, but Doug was in a long term relationship (Isabel confessed to writing poetry about him that she still has to this day, how adorable is that?). Fast forward to college, where they both went their separate ways but would return back home and run into each other at get togethers, and as they sat on the couch talking each time they saw each other, the distance between them would get closer…and closer…until Doug eventually leaned over and gave Isabel a kiss on the forehead . Then, six months into their dating, Isabel went to Paris, and Doug went to New Zealand (two of our favorite places, by the way!) and they spent their quiet time writing each other letters and talking on the phone until they could finally be near each other again. You know what they say, “absence makes the heart grow fonder”! Well it was apparent that these two totally dig each other, judging by the way they were fogging up our lenses

Isabel and Doug, we really had a wonderful time with you both. We happily ate the delicious apple cider doughnuts on the way home, officially spoiling our dinners . We look forward to being around your amazing energy at your wedding, and to have the opportunity to photograph such a hot couple all over again!

Erik and I had such a great time hanging out with Tracy and Fabio in Boston. They are both such cool people, and they really turned it on for our cameras! Not only was it a perfect fall day in one of our favorite cities in the world, it was an afternoon spent with friends. We hope you both enjoy these pictures as much as we enjoyed taking them . Get ready for the “hotness”!

What can we say? You two totally rock, and we can’t wait for your wedding!

We met up with Lindsey and Doug a few weeks back at Huntington State Park in Redding, CT. We love this park so much, and the drive from our house to Redding is so beautiful. Erik and I had SO much fun with these two and we are excited for their wedding next year in Saratoga Springs!
