I’m pretty sure we just posted how much we love the Eolia Mansion, and the park that surrounds it, for so many reasons. Vicki and I had the opportunity to head back up there for another really cool session, the vow renewal of Christine & Ray! Not only was it absolutely glorious in terms of the light there, but the garden where they exchanged vows for their 5 year wedding anniversary was still in full bloom, and it created the perfect backdrop for the ceremony. The rest of the time we spent with them was just as amazing, as we had the opportunity for a little “urban decay”, as well as time around the mansion itself. We think they look pretty amazing themselves, and we had a great time getting to know them better, and photograph a sacred ceremony that we truly feel special to have documented . Without further adieu, on to the pictures!

Vicki and I are primarily wedding photographers, but we love branching out to take pictures of other really cool events in peoples lives. Jenn contacted us to take some pictures of her extended family at her parent’s house in Trumbull, and we were super excited to see the three generations all together. We had too much fun taking their pictures, and absolutely fell in love with all of the little ones. We also found out that Jenn got married at the same location as Jenny + PJ’s rocking wedding (coming soon!) in Sharon, MA, just last year. Really, what’s not to love when you have such a good looking family excited about getting their pictures taken?

When Karen + Mike told us they were planning on getting married, we were extremely excited, and very happy for the both of them – Karen & Mike are good friends of ours, and we were honored and flattered that they were thinking about doing a quick portrait session (which by the way you have to be on a very special short list for ) with us as well as having us shoot their upcoming wedding . It was way too much fun hanging out with them, talking about what’s new in our lives, and laughing a whole lot. These two are totally in love, and it was pretty impossible not to get caught up in the warm fuzzies while we were taking their pictures!

Karen & Mike, we are so enamored with you guys, and simply cannot wait to have you over for coffee and talk about all of the fabulous details of your wedding next year!
