We have some really exciting new blog posts coming your way (as shown in our “sneak preview” one post down), and it all starts with our next gorgeous couple, Caitlin + Steve! Vicki and I met with both Caitlin and Steve for a little getting ready action (and some detail shots of Caitlin’s jewelery as well as her getting all prettied up) before we headed on over to the wonderful Fox Hill Inn. We love the venue – it has so much character and locations for tons of great shots, and the staff does an amazing job of taking special care of everyone. We had really perfect light for their big day (a little cloud cover is always great for photos!), and we had such a great time photographing Caitlin & Steve! We loved their color choices (the flowers all looked perfect together), and Caitlin’s dress was incredibly elegant with such cool details (love the flowers on her dress!). Together Caitlin & Steve both looked amazing, and it was an amazing day all around!

We love Jen & Gus! Now that’s out of the way we can talk about how much fun we had photographing the two of them on their wedding day It was a very intimate affair with both Jen and Gus getting ready in their beautiful home in Rowayton, with a quick drive down to Farm Creek Preserve to photograph their ceremony and some fabulous photos of the two of them. Both Jen and Gus are triathletes (having met at a triathlon), and we couldn’t have had more fun with their beach cruisers adorned with “Just’ & “Married” on the backs of the bicycles! The location was perfection, and the two of them looked simply incredible together. Intimate, elegant and timeless are just a few of the words we would use to describe their day.

Vicki and I are super pumped to share our next blog post, which happens to be the amazing wedding of two really cool people, Karen & Mario! We aren’t sure just where to begin – there were so many interesting details from their day. For starters, Mario and his groomsmen arrived to the ceremony by boat (which is just one of the reasons we love the Indian Harbor Yacht Club in Old Greenwich) to the applause of the entire crowd gathered for their ceremony. Karen looked stunning in her Modern Trousseau wedding gown, and her flowers were absolutely perfect, not mention her adorable gold shoes . One of Mario’s close friends hand drew caricatures of everyone at their wedding for the place cards, and their reception at Morello was ultra hip (and featured some amazing food). But just to rewind back a little, we happened upon the Greenwich Croquet Club’s tournament during bride and groom portraits, and the croquet club was totally pleased to let us play around a little, and the results were way too much fun! It was a sweet day all around.
