Take a gorgeous couple, follow them around at an incredible location, with perfect weather and glowing light, and what you get is magic. Katie and Chris were a true joy to be around from start to finish, and we were having such a great time talking that the park ranger had to kick us out because he had to close up! Vicki and I were buzzing the whole way home about what a great time we had with these two, and how lucky we are to have the most amazing clients and the best job ever!!

It seemed like only yesterday that we were with Jaime and David, photographing their engagement session, and having a blast. Erik and I were really excited for their big day! The New Haven Lawn Club is such a fabulous place for a wedding, and when you add in Jaime and her beautiful wedding gown, David looking very handsome in his tux, live music and wonderful friends and family (who know how to have a good time judging by the stage dive into the crowd in the last shot ), you have a recipe for the perfect day. A perfect day it was – and we had the distinct pleasure of photographing it! Here are just some of the wonderful moments.

Jaime and David, thank you for being so warm, fun and incredible to photograph. We didn’t want to leave you two and stop shooting, but you did have a honeymoon to go to after all Your friends and family were so great to be around, and we wish the two of you the best in your many loving years to come!

Kelly and Rich drove up from NJ to meet us at one of our favorite photo locations in Southbury CT, and brought with them their adorable selves and an enthusiasm that was infectious. We feel honored to work with all of our fantastic couples, and from the moment we met with Kelly and Rich at the initial consultation, we felt like old friends. They are truly warm and genuine people. We love how they went from potentially camera shy the first time we met, to “bringing it” for their e-session. They were laughing the whole time and having a blast. Another awesome day spent with cool people
