Kerri + Jay – Wickham Park, Manchester, CT Wedding Photos
August 26th, 2008Oh my. I am not even sure how to begin writing about this past Saturday’s wedding! First let me warn you that this is going to be a long post. It was an amazing day – perfect weather, and everyone looked so beautiful. Erik & I met up with Kerri & the ladies at the Courtyard Marriott in Manchester, CT.

Then we headed down to see what the guys were up to. Jay putting on his tie:
Here he is with the wedding bands! I like to get this shot – it it also my gentle reminder to the Groom that he may want to know where the rings are ; )

One of the many cool personal touches of the day – Kerri made her bridesmaids these awesome “strap-on” knives – think Tomb Raider. It was one of the most awesome ideas ever! Check out these sexy bridesmaids and bride!
We headed to the ceremony & reception at Wickham Park in Manchester. It was my first time there, and it is such an amazing place for a wedding!

Jay had a place in mind for shooting more pictures – it was a little way into the woods….and SO worth the time it took to get there!

I had an AMAZING time at this wedding – Erik & I have been talking about it for days now. Kerri & Jay thank you SO much for having us – I laughed and cried all day, and you guys are one amazing couple. Thank you to your family & friends for welcoming us and being amazing people. Love, Erik & Vicki

Ok Vicki and Erik, you totally rocked this wedding. Where oh where do I start. I LOVE the sun flare shot, it is really gorgeous! The shot that Erik took that looked like it was from an Italian movie is awesome and the bride’s smile is really great. Oh yeah, I really love the 7th one down and the individuals of the bride and groom from above and the bridge shots. Ok, I am just going to come out and say it, I love them all!! What a fun day it looked like and such a wonderful couple. Great job both of you, they are going to love these!!

Thank you guys so much for being a part of our day! We had such a great time with you and these shots came out absolutely beautiful! Aside from being fantastic photographers you are simply great people and I can’t imagine having had anyone else chronicle such an important day of our lives!
P.S. You will have the pics of you and Erik as soon as I can give my mom over-the-phone instructions on how to upload photos!

Dear Vicki and Erik,
You are both such amazing photographers. I can’t imagine Kerri and Jay’s Wedding day with anyone other than the two of you. You made the day complete with your presence and now to see the beauty of your work takes me back and makes me cry all over again. I am so glad that I also got a couple of you guys so that you will be with us forever.

Dear Vicki and Erik:
Here it is almost a full five days since Kerri and Jay’s wedding and I am still on a high.
It was by far the most beautiful wedding I ever went to, I just checked
your pictures, you both have a special gift. The pictures are fantastic,everyone of them show such beauty, and emotion.
You both have given all of us memories that will last our lifetimes.
