Vicki spent the morning with the ladies getting ready. Here is Carla’s amazing wedding gown and her shoes.

On my end, it was a lot of goofing around, followed by a hurried 15-20 minutes of actual getting ready. Mike and one of his groomsmen had these fantastic vintage pocket watches that they had planned to wear during the ceremony. I especially liked the Yankees logo on the chain 
Love this one of Carla and her Father as they waited patiently for the word that the ceremony was about to begin.

The church had gorgeous vaulted ceilings and incredible stained glass.
We love the way he is holding up Mike’s ring here.
And finally, the best part!
All of the details were beautiful, from the flowers and the cake down to the cool flower bed that the place cards were set upon!
We were lucky to have caught Carla having a quiet moment amidst all the commotion.

One of our favorite pictures of the day. How many bridesmaids does it take to bustle a bride? We think Mike’s hand gesture and facial expression speaks volumes

Carla and Mike, thank you both so much for allowing us to be such a special part of your wedding day. We had a blast with you and your families and friends! We can only assume that you are both having an amazing time in Paris and Italy (so jealous!), and we wish you many, many years of happiness together ; )

Very nice job of capturing the parents dances. I especially like those! Also, the black-and-white of Carla and Mike walking along laughing is a very beautiful image.

Great job on this wedding. Those last two shots from the balcony are my favorites, such a great angle, lighting and textures! Nice work guys!!

I’m so blown away by your work. You captured Carla and Mike PERFECTLY. It was such a gorgeous day and you both did such an amazing job. Your colors, composition, lighting, depth of field, is perfection! I’m so glad I had a chance to meet you guys! Can’t wait to see the rest of the photos!

So many great moments here! Many of my favorites were mentioned above–love the shot of her with her dad in the limo but also the shots of her dancing with her dad–especially the embrace. The balcony shots were great and I also like the one Travis mentioned of the bride and groom laughing as they walked. Carla is a stunning bride and there are some really striking images of her. Awesome job!
