Melissa + Travis – Collinsville, CT Engagement Session Photos
July 18th, 2009Melissa + Travis = lots of laughs! They had Erik & I smiling all afternoon – even through the rain. Yeah, these two fit like peas and carrots for sure.
I was liking the “love” graffiti behind them on the bridge.
Aren’t they cute?
We had to jump a fence for these next few.
Love it!
The expression on Travis’s face makes us smile!
But I think this is my favorite.
; )
HOT couple alert!!
I was worried they might fall off!
We like the wispy grass in the foreground – and they don’t look too shabby either ; )
Another fav! The green algae on this lake was so intense because of the dim, rainy weather.
And the rain began.
We moved to the these red brick abandoned buildings.
Cracking each other up again!
We love this one ; )
They were so relaxed for standing in the rain!
Melissa is looking utterly gorgeous in this one.
Kissing in the rain!
Melissa and Travis thank you so much for spending the afternoon with us, and for being so much fun! We can’t wait for your wedding!!
xoxo,
Vicki + Erik

Oh, I love these!! First of all–Collinsville is one of my favorite places in the world. I know all of these spots! And second–this couple is adorable! And totally cool that they hung out in the rain with you. My favorite of the day is the one where Melissa looks “utterly gorgeous”–just love the mood and composition and her face in that shot. My dream is to buy and totally renovate one of those old buildings to live in. Sigh.

I really like all of them. But especially the ‘love’ graffiti on the bridge. Their facial expressions are so cute!

gorgeous session! what a great location. i’m at Collinsville Canoe & Kayak store all the time, and my great grandfather worked in one of the original Collinsville tool factories.
