Kristin + Chris – Cliff House Resort, Ogunquit, ME Wedding Photos
August 5th, 2011Ogunquit, Maine is a magical place, and although Vicki and I have now only been there once (with more visits to come we are sure), we know that it must be filled to the brim with people enjoying lazy afternoons by the beautiful coastline all year. And lobster, or “lobstah” as the locals call it. We must have eaten our weight in lobster before the trip was over (lobster rolls, lobster eggs benedict, twin lobsters), and it was everything I imagined – amazingly sweet and fresh out of the ocean and off the boats. Having made the trip up to Maine for the wedding of Kristin & Chris (who both promised great food, shopping and views that didn’t disappoint), we were excited to see them again after their winter engagement session in Boston, and to document the next chapter in their unfolding lives together. It was certainly a picture perfect affair, with Kristin & Chris looking amazing together and adorned with gorgeous pink peonies and amnesia roses. And of course Vicki was in love with Kristin’s Kate Spade shoes. We even got the chance to head down to the coastline after the wedding was over to take some night time shots of the two of them together. In short, Maine was everything we imagined it to be, and Kristin & Chris’s wedding so much more.
