What an afternoon we had with Karem and Tamir – Weir Farm is such a gorgeous location, reminding us of a farm in France, and these two showed up and immediately gave us the “Stuff” (and by the “Stuff”, we mean they were bringing the magic). Karem and Tamir couldn’t be any cuter together, and were even up for climbing at tree, which blew us away (Karem in high heels no less!). Seriously, these two rocked it An awesome (we told you we love that word right?) engagement session spent at a beautiful location with two adorable people that make you fall in love all over again. What’s better than that?

Karem and Tamir, we hope you had as much fun as we think you probably had in France on your honeymoon, and we are really excited to post your fabulous wedding photos (just two more after this!). We can’t wait to be there for the next milestone in your lives, but no pressure

When we arrived at Pomperaug High School in Southbury, one of the things that struck Erik was how much it reminded him of the high school he went to in California, and the memories of running cross country. Stephanie and John have many fond memories of high school as well, since it was where they met for the first time (they say they didn’t feel a strong connection at the time, but we find that hard to believe as they are so playful and joyful together!), and and eventually fell in love We all had a great time together, laughing and relating, and most importantly we had the distinct pleasure of photographing these two being so adorable together. Seriously, how fun is it having the two of them stealing a kiss under the bleachers?

Steph and John, thank you for inviting us to capture the two of you at such a special place, and for reminding us that life is better when you are having fun with it By the way, we are totally split on the Lost season finale, and are so sad that it is all over!

Harkness Park is really one of our favorite locations to photograph, and we were excited to meet Marcia and Aaron there for their e-session. There are so many beautiful spots there, from the beach to Eolia Mansion. We had a lot of fun talking and discovering new, magical places to photograph them being so adorable Marcia and Aaron are such a perfect fit, and we loved hearing about how they met for the first time, as well as how they reconnected later and proceeded to fall madly in love. We seriously could have spent all day with these two, but they did have a long drive home, and we try not to hold our couples hostage for tooo long…

Marcia and Aaron, thanks again for choosing us to be your photographers, and for being so warm and full of all the great qualities that make getting to know you both so much fun. I knew we would have perfect weather and amazing light when we finally got together!! Thank you Aaron for all the great tips on posture and stretching, our backs haven’t felt this good in a long time!
